An RCA Shootout is a multi-day professional assessment programme where selected drivers are evaluated on far more than lap time alone.

How Selection Works

From all applications received, a limited number of drivers are selected to attend each shootout. Selection is based on:

  • Suitability for the specific programme

Not every applicant is accepted.
Not every participant wins.

Each shootout is competitive by design.

What’s at Stake

Every RCA Shootout offers a defined outcome, which may include:

In certain programmes, only one driver will be selected as the overall winner.
