What It Means to Be an RCA Ambassador

Motorsport thrives on connection.

Drivers progress through opportunities shared at the right time. Teams find talent through trusted networks. Media, coaches, and industry insiders play a vital role in connecting the right people with the right programmes.

The RCA Ambassador Program exists to bring those connections together.

What Is the RCA Ambassador Program?

The RCA Ambassador Program is a global network of drivers, media professionals, industry figures, and motorsport enthusiasts who help promote Road Course Academy Shootouts and talent development initiatives across all categories of motorsport.

Ambassadors don’t just share links — they help identify and connect drivers who are ready for professional evaluation.

Who the Program Is For

RCA Ambassadors include:

  • Racing drivers with strong networks

  • Coaches and driver mentors

  • Motorsport media and content creators

  • Team staff and industry professionals

  • Motorsport enthusiasts with reach and influence

If you’re well-connected in motorsport and believe in fair, merit-based opportunity, the program may be a good fit.

How It Works

Ambassadors share information about RCA Shootouts with their networks using approved messaging and links.

When a driver referred by an Ambassador successfully registers and is accepted into a shootout, the Ambassador earns credit equal to 10% of the shootout entry value.

These credits can be used toward:

  • Future RCA Shootouts

  • RCA events and experiences

  • Other opportunities agreed with the RCA team

Credits are not paid out as cash and are non-transferable.

Why Ambassadors Matter

Shootouts only work when the right drivers apply.

Ambassadors help ensure:

  • Drivers hear about opportunities from trusted sources

  • Applications come from motivated, prepared candidates

  • RCA programmes maintain high standards and credibility

In return, Ambassadors gain access to opportunities and experiences that would otherwise be difficult to reach.

What Ambassadors Are — and Are Not

Ambassadors are:

  • Independent advocates for RCA opportunities

  • Part of a global motorsport network

  • Rewarded through performance-based credits

Ambassadors are not:

  • Employees or agents of RCA

  • Guaranteed paid partners

  • Entitled to influence selection decisions

All driver selection remains merit-based and independent.

A Long-Term Network

The RCA Ambassador Program isn’t about one shootout or one referral.

It’s about building a long-term, global network that supports drivers across GT, formula, endurance, touring cars, and more — while maintaining professionalism, transparency, and trust.
